Barça pull off one of the most epic comebacks in the history of the Champions League
Barcelona 5-2 PSG (agg: 6-5): Blaugrana stun Parisians as Lionel Messi's brilliance inspires sensational quarter-final triumph
After trailing 4-1 from the first leg in Paris, Barcelona produced a remarkable comeback in the second leg at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Lionel Messi was the star of the show for Barca, scoring twice and setting up another as the Blaugrana overturned a seemingly insurmountable deficit to secure a famous victory.
The Argentine superstar opened the scoring in the first half with a stunning free-kick, before Neymar levelled the scores on the night for PSG just before the break.
However, Barca came out firing in the second half and Messi restored their lead with a cool finish from close range.
The hosts then took control of the game and Kylian Mbappe's own goal put them in a commanding position.
Ousmane Dembele then made it 4-1 on the night with a brilliant solo effort, before Messi completed his hat-trick with a penalty in the dying minutes to seal a famous win.
The result is a major boost for Barca, who have struggled for consistency this season.
It also proves that the Blaugrana are still a force to be reckoned with in Europe, even when they are not at their best.
PSG, meanwhile, will be left to rue a missed opportunity to reach the semi-finals for the first time since 1995.
The French champions were in control of the tie after the first leg, but they were unable to withstand the pressure of a rampant Barca side in the second leg.
